I was thinking to start a middle eastern terrorist group whose hideout was the sandbox hideout but Rin said no, i still think its a good idea but its your call.
My second idea is a NYC gang whose hideout is in the sewers. It would add some realism to the server and provide more jobs.

Terrorist organizations never go well. I say NYC Gang.
Unless you can really handle a terrorist organization you should do that, but I've seen many terrorist organizations just DM. So if you do decide to make the terrorist org and we decide to accept it, you better make sure you watch your org or it will be taken away pretty fast.
