Define The Following:
DMing- Deathmatching - Killing for no reason, makeing a reason every two seconds to kill..EG, Police takeovers every 10 minutes.
RKing- RevengeKilling - Someone killed you In character, legitimate reason , and you come back and kill them.
Metagaming- Using OOC information IC
Powergaming- EG. /me kills you.
Rush Cuffing- running up to someone and cuffing them for: A. No reason. or B. You run up to them while they're shooting you.
Revenge Cuffing- Someone killed you, and you come back and arrest them.

In Full Detail, Describe Each Situation On How You Would Handle It
There Is A Guy DMing- Tell him to stop and kick him. If he comes back and DMs more, ban him for 10 minutes. Then if he comes back in 10 minutes and dms, ban him for an hour. He comes back in an hour and dms, ban him for 24 hours. Then, if he comes back in 24 hours/server crashes and he dms, ban him permanently.

People Are Spamming/Flaming OOC- Warn them, than kick them if they continue, and then turn OOC off.

Someone DMs You- Warn them and kick them. (Same as "There Is A Guy Dming".)

Someone Announces "Hit Accepted!" Over CNN- Nothing, but if he keeps doing it repeatedly...IG, a new one every minute, talk to them, and ask who the orderer(s) were. If none/the same person, warn him. He does it again, remove his job.

Other Comments: Someone told me the admin team is full. Well, if it is, just save this until it isn't.

I recommend him he's a good guy and a good admin.
