There's only 2! admins on that server. Yes, they're normal people not miracle workers...
Fact: Most of the people on TSRP these days have the following...
A)Lazyness
or
B)Bad Grammar
or
C)ALL OF THE ABOVE!
or
D)NONE OF THE ABOVE!(The LEAST common one)

I'm on everyday constantly listening to people moan and moan because I'm not paying attention to them. It's hard with only two people. I believe the reason Ryan hasn't been on is because he is busy dealing with other issues. However he seems to be alot more active now. We also will be Hiring new admins very shortly and we already know of one for sure.
